To ensure clarity and maintain the highest quality of service, the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and rescheduling apply to all castings, photo shoots, video shoots, and add-on purchases (extra edited photos, source video clips, Premium Social Reels, and Rush Delivery).
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing your purchase, you confirm your understanding and agreement to this policy. This helps us manage resources and schedules efficiently to provide the best experience for all participants.
We understand schedules can change. You may reschedule your photo or video shoot by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
Failure to attend a scheduled photo or video shoot without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option. This ensures fairness to our team and other participants.
Add-on purchases made through the preview gallery checkout are final once payment is processed, as editing work begins promptly after purchase. If you believe an add-on order was placed in error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate a correction before editing begins, but cannot guarantee a refund once work is underway.
