Content Usage Agreement

For good and valuable consideration (including the photographs to be provided to me), I grant NYC Model Castings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute any photos or videos I submit, as well as any created during in-person sessions (the "Content"), solely on NYC Model Castings' website, official social media accounts, and NYC Model Castings-created promotional materials (including digital ads placed by NYC Model Castings, email marketing, printed portfolios, presentations, and pitch decks) to promote NYC Model Castings and its services, without further consent, approval, or compensation.

Note: Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the shoot. I verify ID in person before signing the model release but do not keep a copy. Guardian ID is verified for under-18 applicants.

I understand and agree that this casting includes: A 1-hour complimentary outdoor photo and video session - 5 (five) professionally edited photographs delivered as high-resolution JPEG files without watermarks, within 2 weeks of the shoot - A preview gallery to select my 5 complimentary photos and any optional add-ons. I understand that video clips are captured during the session but are NOT included in the complimentary deliverables. Video clips, additional photos, reels, and rush delivery are available as optional paid add-on packages after the session, with full pricing provided in my acceptance email. I understand that purchasing add-ons is optional and there is no obligation to buy anything beyond what is included for free.
