All Sales Are Final
All purchases, including castings, memberships, photo shoots, and video shoots, are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing your purchase, you confirm your understanding and agreement to this policy. This helps us manage resources and schedules efficiently to provide the best experience for all participants.
Rescheduling Policy for Photo and Video Shoots
We understand schedules can change. You may reschedule your photo or video shoot by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited. To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed. Memberships provide exclusive access to resources, opportunities, and events, which are planned in advance to deliver consistent value to our members.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled photo or video shoot without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option. This ensures fairness to our team and other participants.
