Model Release Agreement – Important Information

Before participating in a casting, UGC project, or photoshoot, all models need to complete a Model Release Agreement to allow NYC Model Castings to use photos and videos from the shoot.

📌 For castings & UGC content – A model release is required.
📌 For paid photoshoots – A model release is optional, unless specified.

This ensures your images and videos can be shared on our website, social media, and promotional materials to showcase your participation and talent.

📌 Important:
✅ A valid ID is required to complete the release.
✅ If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign.
✅ The release must be signed before final photos are delivered.

Usage Agreement (Required)

I grant NYC Model Castings the unrestricted right to use, edit, and distribute any photos or videos I submit, as well as any photos or videos taken during in-person sessions, for use on their website, social media, promotional materials, marketing, and commercial purposes. This permission is permanent, non-revocable, and does not require additional consent or compensation.
